| Our services include: |
Preliminary Assessment of Site Data to determine the applicability of the PRB technology. The assessment examines factors such as the contaminant concentrations, groundwater chemistry, flow characteristics, site geology, construction constraints and current remedial activities.
Bench-Scale Treatability Testing may be conducted to obtain design data (the required residence time within the treatment zone). The tests are conducted using groundwater from the site.
Design Assistance in support of full scale installation. ETI’s assistance may include the evaluation of the iron treatment zone dimensions and configurations, groundwater flow and geochemical modelling, QA/QC testing of the granular iron, selection of an appropriate installation technique and contractor, and assistance in development of a performance monitoring program.
